About Prairie School

At Prairie school Ngara, we strive to integrate various learning models, capitalizing on the strength of each whilst avoiding the weaknesses. We combine the child centered approach which enhances a child creativity while instilling independence and leadership at an early age. We value intellectual development gained through academics while also placing a great emphasis on nurturing individual natural talents and we are committed to tap maximum potential out of our students in class and in the field.Prairie school provides a good learning environment as evidenced by our state of art built school in Ngara, Nairobi, Kenya which has well lit, spacious classrooms and wooden floors to avoid accidents and a ramp which portrays our culture of inclusion that we do not discriminate on issues of disability. We have diverse play items for both indoor and outdoor use and a well manicured field. We have well trained teachers and professional care givers in all departments who are committed to take the children's development journey with them through exploration and discovery with the awareness that it is at the formative stages of life that personalities are formed. So we ensure that their foundation is right and solid by placing emphasis on spiritual development which is fundamental in inculcating good morals.
